In recognition of the remarkable contributions of women in our organization and society at large, we proudly hosted a two-day celebration to mark Women’s Day 2026. The events, held on March 8th and 9th, were thoughtfully designed to inspire, empower, and promote wellness among our staff and invited guests.
Day 1: Inspiring Conversations and Reflections
The celebration commenced on March 8th with an engaging in-office program that brought together staff, leadership, and distinguished guests. The event was marked by insightful contributions from our General Manager, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and invited speakers, each of whom shared perspectives on the importance of gender equality, leadership, and the role of women in driving organizational and societal progress.
The discussions emphasized the need to create inclusive environments where women can thrive, lead, and innovate. Through shared experiences and thoughtful reflections, the session fostered a sense of unity and reinforced our commitment to supporting and uplifting women within our workplace and beyond.
Day 2: Wellness Walk and Team Bonding
On March 9th, the celebration continued with a wellness walk from Hill Station to IMATT. This activity highlighted the importance of physical well-being while also providing an opportunity for team bonding in a relaxed and refreshing environment.
Participants walked together in a show of solidarity and collective strength, enjoying the scenic route and the spirit of togetherness that defined the morning. The walk concluded at IMATT, where a well-deserved breakfast was shared among participants, creating a moment of connection, reflection, and celebration.
